Not sure where you're getting that from? Did I say that drive was his fault?

Last week he was neither good enough to win the job nor bad enough to lose it. Today he was good enough to win it, IMO.

His long ball accuracy remains questionable, but even without accurate long passes he went off for 464 yards. To pin the blame on him for our failure to get into the end zone ignores a lot of other factors. He was the least of our problems today.

We got our best pass rush of the season today. Thomas and Coleman look like a real load inside. Robbie Smith has great potential but makes rookie mistakes, like jumping offside and taking too wide a rush angle at times, but he's a keeper.

Our offensive line could not block the blitz, period. J Campbell kept turning inside and leaving a clear path to the QB.

I’m not so sure. Catchable ball, sure. If he throws that a foot further and not at Edwards back shoulder, the defender has no chance to put pressure on Edwards. We lost because of other reasons but that throw wasn’t perfect.

We know what MBT is though. The season is done. If the coaches believe they can run the table and hope Montreal loses, then we are in a dream world. Have to see what Franklin is, because at this point he’s been a total disappointment. Of course, only if he’s on the team next week and that’s not a guarantee.

Not perfect, no, but completely catchable. As was Rainey's drop on that drive, and early drops by Green and Walker.

Not perfect but highly a highly catchable ball for a professional receiver.

You conveniently choose to highlight MBT’s mistakes to make your narrative that he sucks but crickets when he does his part such as he did in the last drive when he drove them down the field for a potential win, but hey don’t let the facts get in the way of a good lynching.
Like I said earlier I’m critical of him when I feel it is justified but today certainly isn’t one of those days.

In a bigger picture scenario, instead of arguing the quarterback direction going forward I think the question is who will be making those decisions? Chamblin is clearly in over his head and I wonder how secure jim Popp feels about his position.

Great, don't try to make it out that I've said something that I did not,

To often MBT can't compete drives. He's not a CFL Starter.

They both need to go. Right now it looks like we're going to finish with an even worse record than last season.

I understand there were other drops, but with the game on the line, if he throws it to his leading shoulder, Argos win.

Catchable, but not highly catchable. The defender is allowed to make a play on the ball. Throw it with a little more accuracy equals a TD.

There you’ve done it again, “MBT can’t complete drives” a generalization which insinuates that this is all on him.
Just like I guess he couldn’t “complete the last drive” which I’m sure was also 100% his fault.👍

Am I missing something? Teams get 2 timeouts per game and only one timeout can be used in the last 3 minutes of the half. Did we not use our final timeout? I know we lost a time out with that stupid no yards challenge.

We lost one (because of the challenge) and we used the one we had left.

I was wondering that myself. Rod Black Said that we didn't have any timouts left and I thought that we should still have 1.
