A great, great thing the Argos are doing for this 7-year old that deserves to be shared!

First class.
I like this a lot. More, please.
If only the Argos were as good on the field as they are off the field.
Hmmmmmm, interesting. Terms of Raso's deal were not available at press time though.
“We are thrilled to add a player of Raso’s stature to our roster,” Argonauts General Manager Jim Popp said. “Raso’s determination, strength and love for football and the Toronto Argonauts are an inspiration to us all and we know he will be a tremendous asset both in the locker room and on the field.”
Raso did report to the Argos in time for team meetings on Thursday morning before taking part in his first practice as a member of the Double Blue in the afternoon at Lamport Stadium. He’ll dress for his first career game on Sept 2nd against the Tiger-Cats in Hamilton.
Darius Raso has battled through chemotherapy treatment for leukemia to fulfill his lifelong dream of cracking the Argo roster. With the question marks surrounding James Wilder's future with the Boatmen, Raso's signing enables the Argos to add much needed depth in the backfield.
Let's see what he brings to the field against the Ticats on Labour Day! At 1-8 we Argo fans welcome any and all help we can get.
Radically Canadian!
Saw on Facebook that he's on the front page of the Toronto Sun today.
The Argos should contrive with the officials to get Darius Raso into the game for a play. Have him line up at tailback and hand him the ball. But the refs would immediately whistle the play dead and call offsetting illegal procedure (say no end) and encroachment penalties against each team. If the Tiger-Cats were in on the stunt, they might let Raso scamper down the field for a TD which would of course be called back.
Radically Canadian!
