Labour Day Classic 2019 game thread

I guess someone needs to start it.

Depth chart shows Burks to injured list, with Wilder back at TB. Other notable changes: Cage to IR, replaced by Joseph; Laing back in at DT; supposedly nine NATs starting (but as we all know the depth chart seldom reflects reality when it comes to who starts and who plays the most snaps).

Hopefully the Argos come up with the performance of the year, history would indicate otherwise, we’ll see what happens.
Labour Day hasn’t been kind to the Argos in recent history going back to 2012, which by the way was one of the most exciting games I’ve been to in several years.

Roubbens Joseph starting at OT frightens me TBH. A glaring problem that has gone basically unaddressed with the drafting of Ryan Hunter (NFL) and Shane Richards ("injured") the last 2 drafts. Offensive game plan had better get rid of the ball quick. I don't expect much, if any run game tomorrow.

I actually think we have a better than even chance of winning today.
Wow, what a typical soft start with coverage and the D with an easy opening round TD by the Cats.
    Some things never change.

Well that looked easy. 8-0 7 plays 3 minute drive. Evans looked like an all star against this Argo defense.

What's the over under on how many times Rod Black calls Banks "Speedy B?" 20? 30?

Walker TD! Looked easy. What took them so long to use Walker as a deep threat?

Chapdelaine should go right back to Walker. But probably not until the 2nd quarter or later.

Can't run Wilder on short yardage when the defense knows he is going to get the ball. Not shifty enough like Rainey.
