Wow!

Yeah pretty bad. It's a scanned number lots of no shows in our section behind the Argos bench which is pretty full.
A 2-9 team entering tonight is taking a toll on sales which are not great to begin with. Outside of the Riders here next week, there's not much of an incentive for the casual crows to buy right now.
Can you blame anyone for staying awY at this point? Record aside I find that this tram does not play overly exciting football - especially to a casual fan. A couple big plays with Franklin in but otherwise not much aside from 2 Ints.
Put another game on tv and you quickly see how exciting the CFL game can be. It’s unfortunate
I wasnt even aware there was a home game.
I know TSN calls the shots with this league,
But i think maybe a MLS soccer approach would help, where games were generally every saturday at 1 4 or 7 with one game on friday night.
Well... since the $40 - 50 million that TSN pumps into the league goes a long way to keeping the CFL afloat, I'm not so sure we have solid ground for complaining. I am a die hard fan, and love going to watch the games live, but that is just not the case for too many other people. Even if the games were shifted to an all-Saturday format, the way things are right now, I am not sure how much we will shift the dial at this point... not until this team gets consistently better. I think we have won 3 games at home in the past two years. And when was the last time we had a winning regular season? Never mind back to back winning seasons. That is no way to attract casual fans.
