Reilly had forever on the TD pass to Carter reflecting the fact the Argos need to get some real pass rushers in the offseason because Argo pressure is a non-sequitir.

I agree with you on this, players smiling and joking on the sideline while your team is getting its ass kicked speaks volumes and is a big deal.

Has there ever been a team in the CFL that's been shutout two times in the same season?

This is the worst Argo performance I have ever seen and I seen some horrid teams in the 60s.

Hardly. I just think that Franklin has more potential than MBT. I also think that he hasn't been given the same chances that MBT has.

I want them Both gone after this season.

Some truth to this. I can’t, however, think of any CFL great that acts the way he does, especially a QB (your leader), that’s the difference. Closest would be Ray, but that was pure calmness, not IDGAF like Franklin stinks of.

and that includes not only yards, but also tome-of-possession
and realize BC will be backing off during the last three minutes.

Chamblin and Popp should be fired tomorrow and Franklin sent packing. Appoint an interim GM and interim HC for the final four games. I have had more than enough of the aforementioned three gentlemen. Thank goodness that MBT didn't quit. He may not be perfect but he can be a QB on my team any day.

    ...or on the other hand....

Well there goes 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. I put in more effort tugging on my recently shrunken hoodie than the Argos did during the game tonight. A total calamity from the opening play. It is obvious to me that this team has quit on Corey Chamblin and sadly I am going to do the same. I will be boycotting the remainder of the season if Chamblin, McDiarmid, Chapdelaine and Franklin are still employed on Monday. What a friggin joke.

I got free tickets (thankfully!)and stayed to the end. You could actually feel the stadium feeling sorry for the Argos but the Lions fans were also completely bored. When there is no competition, it stops being fun.

On the plus side, my 3 kids (early teens) all came and wore Argo gear and are still somehow loyal to my team...I also went and chatted with a 7 year old Argo fan who said I was the only other Argo fan he saw at the game. I wanted to make sure he knew that he wasn't suffering alone!

Oh man, yes, that was the worst game I've ever witnessed live.

Horrid roster management by Claybrooks who dressed a punter for the game. Went to bed at the 3 minute warning just assuming BC would kill the clock. Commentators sure love the Lions now...extra annoying when they are beating down your team.

One more thing....I don't know what a completed pass is anymore after watching the CC give Burnham that TD...

all I can say is the Al's turned the situation around this year after firing the GM, then the coach. Jones has done a good job for them and is a young guy to boot. We can do the same - thinking next year of course.

So as a starter in 2019 Franklin is 0-4 and outscored 192-45. There was a 4 week stretch where MBT was top 1-2 QBs in the league. Giving Franklin another chance was mind boggling. He might be jobless after this performance.

Franklin should not dress for the Argos again period, smiling away talking to his teammates on the sideline after being replaced says it all.
Total BS to think he has more upside than MBT who has outplayed him this season and shows some competitive spirit.
