On sleeping on my earlier comment, my viewpoint has changed. I have seen Russ Jackson play. I even talked to Russ Jackson once. Let me assure you Will Arndt is no Russ Jackson.

Email from the team said that the first 7,000 fans get a cowboy hat. Sadly, I don't think there is any need to rush to get to the stadium early. But I hope I am wrong and more fans turn out. It will be interesting to see how the team responds to everything that has happened this week.

Until the Argo interception, Will Arndt looked good as he did not face much pressure or tight coverage on most plays. I hate to think what would have happened against a more experienced QB and talented team.

absolutely. He is a pleasure to watch and you know he won't let you down. The milestone will be the highlight of this game.
Yes it is only half-time but nothing else to come will touch this achievement.
So do the RedBlacks take out Arndt for the 2nd half? I say keep him in there, for his own benefit. Only way for him to really learn.

And SJ passes another milestone with his 700th catch, a 42 yarder difficult one to help set up another Argo TD. He already has 9 catches for 154 yards, a 10,000 yard career milestone tonight, and it ain't over!

The drive down was the usual #(@$$show, but made to our seats right at opening kickoff. Score should have been a blowout but a win is a win. MBT adds to his league leading TD pass total despite not playing in every game. Great to have other fans approach me about my Joe Barnes jersey at half time.

I really hope we stick with MBT. This is only his second season as a starter, and considering the offensive line he has in front of him, he has put up good numbers. I really like his attitude when I see him interviewed or during the game. He is a competitor. Unlike smiley face Franklin during that horrible game in B.C. We are always talking about a "home grown" quarterback..... and then we let Harris and Collaros go on to star for other teams, so this is one guy I hope we keep. Get him some protection next year and he may hit 5,000 yards. He should make 4,000 this season, without even playing every game.
