    Andrew Harris Could Break Normie Kwong's Canadian Rushing Record This Year

    Despite his suspension for drugs and having only one game left to play, Andrew Harris could break Normie Kwong's Canadian rushing record of 9,022 yards that has stood since 1960 this year. Harris's 8,974 yards leaves him only 48 yards behind Kwong's record. Actually, Kwong rushed for considerably more than 9,022 yards, but during his first two years in the league, 1948 and 1949, no rushing records were kept, so he never got credit for his rushing yardage in those years. Some would also question a new record by Harris because of his suspension for performance enhancing drugs.

    With 64 yards hard fought yards against Calgary, including a 15 yard run to set up the winning FG from the Calgary 25, Harris broke Normie Kwong's Canadian rushing record and now has 9,038 yards after his final game of the regular season.
