I'm in the same boat. Still boggles my mind how some TFC fans are still pissed off about this, including the one I called out on this board. In the words of Elaine from Seinfeld, Fake, fake, Fake fake.

I agree. I'm sure the stadium will get some upgrades in the years to come which will make it even better, but it is a fantastic place to watch the Argos.

No Probs. You just got caught with a Don Cherry slip there.

Is it just me, or would anyone else like to see the Argos tarp off the upper East side stands. I hate looking at that wall of Red. They used to have some awesome tarps at the Rogers Centre of Argo greats, what ever happened to them who knows. They are likely sitting at some Value Village somewhere.

I would love to see them put banners up there (former greats and Grey Cup champion) like they used to in the 500 level at the dome.

I would love to see butts in those seats.
There has to be a way of getting students at a high discount rate without devaluing the product for the rest of us who are paying the full freight?

Great news, that common area end zone is a really cool spot.

As a TFC SSH, i think the issue is done.
There's minimal signage even indicating it's a shared facility, the field has held up thru a couple seasons, and more MLS teams are sharing facilities now that the XFL has started.

Unless they change seats blue, or go full artificial, i dont think there is much animosity any more.

Bigger concern for both fanbases will be world cup plans. BmO is not a world cup facility, huge renovations will be needed for it.

From my perspective, if Canada getting a share of the soccer World Cup means turning BMO into a "world-class" facility, I want no part of it. What we have now is the right size for what the CFL will grow to in this market. If they want to install more comfortable seats and such, fine. But if the plan is to make BMO permanently seat 35k or more, no thanks. We don't need another SkyDome. That "world-class" stadium turned out to be terrible for football and is no longer even any good for its original raison d'etre, baseball.
