Use both the Boat logo and Shield logo on Argos uniforms

Argos made a great move by simply swapping out the shield logo for the boat logo on the helmets this year. They sell lots of both logos, just makes sense they should use both on the uniforms - either one on the helmet & the other on the sleeves. The sleeves look a little bare right now

When you say "The sleeves look a little bare right now" you are being kind. New Era appeared to run out of time getting the Argo jerseys finished and then trotted them out as is. CFL should never have allowed this poor work be on display.

Also need to change the colour of the numbers on the home Jersey. They should be white for the main colour.

Agreed. I must admit, at my advanced stage in life, sitting up in the upper deck at BMO, I had difficulty reading numbers last season.

When you see a jersey it should immediately identify the team it represents, the 2019 version as gilthethrill correctly stated looks like an unfinished product.
TBH when I first saw these when they were released I thought they looked like practice jerseys, whoever was responsible for this debacle managed to ruin the nicest uniforms in pro football.

Agreed. Not worth buying. I like the idea depicted in the picture above. But also adjust the numbers on the home Oxford blues so that the numbers are white, with Cambridge piping (like they used to be), and they can leave the road whites the same. I quite liked the white jersey/pant combo, but only when they also wore the Cambridge socks.

And stripes on the sleeves. The past few years it was done on the cheap....the stripes only went halfway around the sleeve. Do it right.

I wonder if it would help if they used a lighter “baby blue” (1991 Argos) rather than the dark ultramarine looking blue that was introduced this year. I do like the light blue as numbers on the white jerseys.

Got to have the logo or stripes on the sleeve. I don’t like both like the Cats do because the logo must be small.

I think the Cats need to lose the cat on the sleeve like they did with the white outline on the numbers for this year. Then that uni is the best in the CFL right now. One uni that I liked alot when it came out was MTL and it realliy grew on me the more I saw them. Especialliy the unique logo placement on the helmet. Looked awesome on cable cam shots of the O-Line.
