Hopefully these road games to Halifax will be limited. Playing a game in Mexico is silly to me and would provide no benefit to the ARGO's. But that's just my opinion.

Glad that you renewed but HTF did you enjoy the home opener against Hamilton??? That was the first time ever that we left an Argonauts game early.

Agreed. I don't know if Mexico has a stadium that can accommodate a CFL sized field.

If this comes to pass it will be interesting to see what the attendance figures are.

The NFL Mexico game this year had its lowest attendance total at just over 76,000 people, thus my interest.

Fair enough. The sad thing is that the Argonauts could have gotten a higher attendance number than the 2019 Touchdown Atlantic game if they had just played that Saturday afternoon Summer Game at BMO Field.

Argos wouldn’t have had that date available anyway. TFC was home on the Friday night and their rules don’t allow for another game on the field within 48 hours. Argos in the end would have just had another fall home game which you are so fond of.

I could see a CFL regular season game attracting over 30,000 in Mexico City.

Or they could have added a Second home game in July.

i was going to wait for the schedule to come out to buy seasons, but i might just cave in. can anyone tell me about the ticket exchange program? is there a fee to exchange them to another game, and are you able to move the location of all 4 season so they can be together?

TFC has Saturday games on both the 20th and 27th of July. Any way you slice it, if there was no TD Atlantic game last year, the Argos would have had another fall game to fill that 9th home game.

I suppose they could have played July 13, but the last couple of years back to back home games result in at least 1 super small crowd

We are very likely getting a back-to-back next summer during the Ex.

I guess we won’t know for sure until the entire TFC schedule is released. I can’t find any schedules past March for that league, even on their own website
