    I can't go a close friend is getting married that day. They should know better then to plan a wedding on a game night!

    There was one before an Argo game around 1993. I got to the game early and decided to watch the players warm up when I noticed a couple (Scott and Meena) on the field getting married.

    I got married last year...and my husband wouldn't agree to have it at half time. Instead I had to wait till the sched came out and make sure it was on a bye-week.

    Dave speaking of Scott and Meena what happened to them? I remember Scott driving bus after working at the Star. Then he bought a butcher shop in Oakville. After that they fell off the face of the earth. The guy was a character and there was no shortage of laughs being around him.

    Unfortunately, the butcher shop went out of business a year or 2 after they bought it. I gave them some business since the shop wasn't too far from my parent's house in west Oakville. I stopped by one day and there was a notice of eviction posted on the front door. I thought that they would do well since the shop was in business for about 40 years before they bought it. I've seen Scott once or twice since then but never at an Argo game or any other Argo events. I last saw him at the Oakville Waterfront Festival several years ago and he told me he did have a new job but I can't remember where.
