    You know he'd work well with Ray, so the only question is if he would be effective in helping mentor and develop young quarterbacks.

    Worth a shot I think.

    My father looked at me and asked why you'd want the guy's former backup as his QB coach. You'd think it'd make Ricky Ray a little more comfortable on the sidelines giving him someone that he was familiar with in Edmonton. I agree with argolio that you have to ensure that he'd be useful in helping to develop the younger QB's on the roster.
