Don't forget the team that holds a player's rights has an exclusive 48-hour window at the end of the week....The league provides a team with a list of any/all offers that have been registered with the league in the period prior to that two-day window. That gives a team the chance to see any/all offers and act accordingly while other teams are banned from contacting a player in that period.
