still looking for our first ever win at BMO. After saturday night's chokedown the players will be looking to rebound. Ultras won't be making the trip, they're saving for july 13 in NY where I'll be joining them.
Grey cup 106. Newer and bluer meanies
Well, still no win for the Impact but that felt like a loss to me. Being up 3-1 and we couldn't hold the lead for the 3 points is really frustrating. There were a dozen or so Ultras that made the trip. We have now gone a year with out a home win in the MLS regular season as our next home game is July 20th and our last home win was July 18th against the Rapids.
The circumstances of their losses or draws are just getting ridiculous.

Toronto FC is 2-8-7 for 13 points. The last playoff spot is held by Houston who is 6-6-5 for 23 points. Change let's say 4 of the draws into wins and they are 6-7-3 for 21 points and in a much better position. I know it's hypothetical but still...

they gave us a handful. there were rumours of a coach firing in montreal which Saputo firmly denied.

Enough said, down to 200 season ticket holder and of course TFC does not inflate their attendance
I have never been convinced of the long term viability of "Pro" soccer in the Toronto market particularly with the putrid product that has been put forth, maybe the novelty is wearing off.
Thanks for posting, I have been saying how TFC has dropped off the rader the last 3 years and was always told by the TFC faithfully how this is NOT TRUE, of course very little if any media coverage. What would the media story's look like if the Argos dropped to 200 season ticket holders. I wonder
Wow, only 200 season ticket holders? That's completely pathetic. Leave it to MLSE to completely destroy what was once a great feel good story for Toronto sports. I suppose MLSE thought that running a sports team was easy given that they need to do almost nothing and people show up to Leaf games. Listen up MLSE. People in Toronto come to Leaf games because they are goo-goo over the Leafs and you are the only source in town, not because of a single thing you have done. Blind monkeys could run the Leafs, and the attendance and sales would be the same. What made you think it would be the same with soccer? Oh what folly....I retract my statement in another thread that I wouldn't mind if MLSE bought the Argos. A completely pathetic organization that only made money off the golden goose (the Leafs), but thinks because of that, it has the Midas touch.
Correct, Leafs ticket and merchandizing sales are bulletproof in Toronto despite decades of bizarre management decisions, unfortunately MLSE is finding out that their organizational blueprint for failure won't suffice with a less established basketball and soccer fan base.
MLSE ownership of the Argonauts would definitely have an adverse effect on the on field product, I also couldn't trust that they would ultimately have the Argonauts and the CFL's best interest at heart.
When I first read that article, I thought that it was some kind of misprint or that I was misunderstanding something. If they only have 200 season ticket holders, how are they getting the 14k or 15k per game that they appear to be getting? This is not making much sense to me.
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
If that is the case it is rather shocking considering last season there were 15,800 season ticket holders according to this article. Despite some people here who want to believe there are only 200 TFC season ticket holders left it doesn't seem right.

I wonder if this "Red Army" that the president speaks of doesn't refer to the total season ticket base, but some sort of supporters group?
