I guess they're going massage fans into excepting blue. Maybe we'll soon see half the stadium in blue (within a couple of years) - There is talk of a renovation for the West stands.

And for all you CFL conspiracy theorists, there’s pretty strong evidence to suggest the Argonauts had nothing to do with this.
Keep in mind Adidas requires kits to be designed two years in advance.

The news release said that the blue stripe is to incorporate the main colour from the City of Toronto's flag.

Also, these uniforms are alternates, not away kits.

I didn't call him those things. I did however jokingly point out that Braley was talking to MLSE prior to two years ago, so maybe MLSE knew the double blue were coming and planned for it.

I'm 99.9% sure there is no conspiracy here and that some TFC fans were just overrating to the news of blue being added to the new secondary kit.

Yes, both those teams primary colour is blue. I'm sure that was part of the reason TFC went with red in the first place along with being the first Canadian team in MLS.
