There's still lots of good journalism out there but a lot of lazy journalism too. On CBC Toronto tonight, Greg Ross did a story on the MBT situation. In the middle of it, he did some interviews on the street to ostensibly show that nobody knows or cares about the game on Sunday and then interviewed Vijay the Argoholic from the Schulich Schools of Business who made valid points about the Argos' lack of appeal to new Canadians and how he feels like Toronto has moved beyond the Argos (I guess he is no longer an Argoholic?). Anyway, there was no mention of the expected full house on Sunday which shows that interest is not entirely dead in the Argos/CFL. Overall, it was a disappointing report.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
