    Starting O & D for East final ?

O-Line / 5 pack (hearing Rogers will return?) and RBs ?

    D-Line / LBs / DBs

Inquiring minds need some educated guesses

    Offence
Allen, Blake, Nicastro (hopefully), Bladek, Tate
    Daniels, Rogers, Brescacin, Collins, Gittens
    Foster, MBT
If Nicastro can't go, Blake moves to centre and Richards to guard.

    Defence
    Ray, Oakman, Acheampong, Law
    Edwards, Muamba, McCoil
    Collins, Richardson, Butler, Richards, Decoud

Judge will get lots of playing time as I see a lot of 3-4 looks. Robbie Smith and Travis Feeney in the DE rotation, and hopefully Junior Turner in the DT rotation. I like him more than Foote.

Now, Collins played half in the meaningless season finale and looked good, so it wouldn't surprise me to see them sit Richards, move Collins to half and start Daniel or Peters at corner.

Like the look of that line-up.

Agreed on Collins being in there, he's a very good DB and so is Decoud;, with Daniel maybe added over Richards; also agreed on Junior Turner - a real vet who looked good in brief playing time, and hopefully Robbie Smith gets lots of reps at DE.

Wonder if Ouellette will get some work at RB ? - sure hope so and like to see plenty of ground game.

That starting 5 pack is IMO about league best.

A bit worried about the OTs holding up against that Ticat D-Line; Davis is a top notch DE and Howsare is good too; however, the Ticats do little rotation on their D-Line, so they might get worn down/ tired ?

I agree on Howsare. I think he is the most underrated DE in the league because he's overshadowed by the 3 bigger names out there with him. Argos need to start with some quick screens to Gittens and Collins. Brescacin and Rogers are both very good blockers and it will slow down the rush if the ball is out fast.

I think this pretty much nails it, assuming all involved are healthy enough to go. DIs should be Bede, Worthy and two of Feeney, Ealy and Ouellette.

It will be interesting to see if Jones uses the 3-4 look some or lots, as AV is predicting. Judge is a good D football player to have on the field IMO (even though he hasn't done much for the Argos this season, he was outstanding at times for the Riders in the last season); I'd just like to see lots of blitzing out of that look - fire 2 LBs to get at the passer; rather than sitting back in some sort of bend but don't break thinking (Stubler ?). If Masoli has time, he can find some of the pretty good (to dangerous) receivers they have.

Tate was a DNP at practice today. Wonder if we see Ivey Martez get the start at RT if Tate can’t go.

I can only assume that Jamal Campbell is a no-go?

No listing at all from him in practice, so I would say definitely a no go.

No sign of Nicastro coming off the IR, so Allen-Richards-Blake-Bladek-Someone seems likely. Not ideal.

Campbell's injury has finally been described as "season-ending".

This OL is certainly not ideal against Hamilton's DL. Despite the Tiger Cats have the best run defence the Argos need to try establish some modicum of a ground game or even effective screen plays or Hamilton will be swarming MBT continually.

If Tate can't play, I would be far more inclined to roll the dice with Ivey than with Coleman.

Me too. Ben Grant seems to think Richards would be a good choice to move to RT, but with Nicastro out and Blake at C, he’ll be starting at LG I’m sure.

He's not even listed on the practice report which tells me he hasn't been taken off the 6-game. With today's practice being the last one, then he will definitely not be activated.

Just looked at it. Decoud didn't practise either although he doesn't appear to be injured.
