Name the Argos Grey Cup rosters

Well at least for winning teams since 1983.

With anything CFL, there are going to be some inconsistences with the data. You rely on newspaper archives for anything prior to 2004, and the 2017 roster seems to list undressed players whereas the 2012 roster didn't (that was off of CFL.ca). The positions were labelled inconsistently as well (DE vs DL in some cases, OL vs C vs G vs T among other examples).

55%. Would have been higher, but couldn't remember spelling on a bunch of players. Strange, I scored the worst on the most recent cup winners (2012 and 2017).

I got the 1983 and 1991 teams in their entireties, but I also missed names in 2012 and 2017, AND I HAD TYPED THESE NAMES IN A FEW MINUTES EARLIER LOL

45%. I am shocked how many players I forgot from the 2017 team. Some names I had forgotten but I knew who they were. Ex. #30 from 2004, I knew went to Oregon and known for a big play but couldn't come up with the name. Same with #13, I knew he coached at York U.

64%. 100% for 1983-91, close to 100 for 96-97 (missed 11 names combined for those two years), missed 15 from 2004, ran out of time shortly after beginning 2012.

32%. Long week for me I guess! And I kept getting hung up on a few guys whose names I couldn't spell, but that's enough excuses from me.

I had to think about LB #50 (1996-1997, 2004) for a few seconds and I'm the one who authored the quiz.

Season ticket holder since 2018 - I did well with the 2022 team (getting a large percentage of the roster) but struggled with the 2012 and 2017 rosters more than I should have (with some embarrasing misses). Really only marquee names from the 1996-97-04 rosters. Spelling counts ... some tricky names out there!
