    Major League Football

    Long time CFL STC Jeff Reinbold has been named to the coaching staff of the Alabama Air Force of MLFB. He left the same position with Montreal before preseason for “personal reasons”. After being founded in 2014 the inaugural kickoff is scheduled August 9, 2022.

    It is being reported that Major League Football has collapsed prior to seasons kickoff. Players and team staff were locked out of their hotel rooms with their belongings still inside.

    This was to be season 1 after being created in 2014.

    And I see that Reinebold has landed another job - it sounds like in recruiting - at the University of Hawaii.

    Mike McCarthy has been involved (to what extent I don't know) with MLF for several years as it tried to get up and running. It's too bad that a football lifer and good guy like him got snared in this mess.

    I looked at the rosters of all the teams. I only name I recognized was QB Chase Fourcade who was released by Calgary in TC.

    Former Ticats defensive coordinator Jerry Glanville was another involved in this.
