NFL: Best Football in the World?

I got nothing against the NFL but I can’t believe the CFL is still considered an inferior product or 2nd best with bush league refereeing when the NFL has had a lot of terrible games with very bad officiating. Elks vs Redblacks would easily be more entertaining than the majority of NFL game. QBs are barely reaching over 200 yards passing. No points are being scored during the 1st quarter. Yet, the NFL will still get defended as the best brand of football.

The Thursday night primetime games have been awful too.

Depends on betting. I rather liked last night’s game,
It's us vs the rest of the country

I hung in there for most of the 1st half last night. Al Michaels made mention that league scoring hasn’t been this low since 2010. I recommend the NFL narrow the hash marks and perhaps go to 5 downs.

The CFL had a down year last year - largely because of the off year in 2020 - but the entertainment value has been back this year and there is no question in my mind that the most entertaining and exciting pro football is being played in Canada.

The NFL is a TV/betting product. Kind of like soccer in the rest of the world. The games are almost secondary
