    Sat. Oct. 22nd Argos vs Als

    Having almost blown the sad sack Elks game, I expect the Argos will come out firing relatively quickly (they rarely start off with a bang) and should win this game.

    AngeloV, in another thread, posted a clip of Dinwiddie speaking to the press two days ago and Frank Z. asked whether Edwards would be able to play or not and Dinwiddie was uncertain. Something must have happened to Edwards in practice on Wednesday.

    Pretty sure he was out late in the game Saturday and Hagerty went into the secondary.

    Watching the game a little behind time on PVR, with the Jones INT and Fletcher's making a 59 yard run out of nothing that turns over the ball again on third down again from in close gives the Argos a big momentum boost.

    That momentum from stopping the Als in close twice was clear in the Argo drive from their one to a TD with Ouellette leading the way.

    I thought the pre-game showing Weinke at 42.5 yards +?/- was riduculous and it has turned out that way with two long catches for 82 yards before half-time.

    McFadden not having a good game. Was targeted early on (had to make the tackle on deep throws) and now just missed a sure tackle on the line of scrimmage that turns into a first down.
