Uninterrupted Canada and TSN's Rivalries: The QEW Series

This show debuted on Friday night. Not sure how many of you may have tuned in or PVR'd it, but I found the production was very high quality and the show itself very entertaining and informative. Cudos to TSN and the CFL for partnering with Uninterrupted Canada to produce this. I hope that shows like this help showcase the CFL game to new potential fans and increase interest in the league.

I too enjoyed it. Very well done. Only negative was that it made Simony Lawrence seem like a not so bad guy. His family’s humble re-start in the US, is a great story as was Dane Evans Indigenous background, which I had no idea of. Pretty cool what they did with the Indigenous kids at THF.

OK, enough of that, back to hating them.

I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but someone mentioned that they enjoyed it, but would've liked a little more historical background on the rivalry.

Yes, the features on all the players were great. Easier to hate them a LITTLE bit less, since they lost. Bwah ha hah!!

It was decent, more mainstream appeal, but not as compelling as the Argos training camp series a few seasons ago. That was great behind the scenes stuff. There are so many good stories and players in the league. Probably more than many other professional leagues due to the relatability of CFL players. All people have to know is their stories and it becomes easy to cheer them on come game day.

You'd think they would eventually post this (the video/documentary) online, right? RIGHT????

Also, lets keep this thread on-topic and factual.

Feel free to post in Sociable, where general discussion goes. This thread is about the all-access documentary that explores the historical to modern-day rivalry between two of the CFL’s most iconic franchises.

Thank the Lord. I thought I was being banned for my lame attempt at humor with 5 days until game time. I PVR'd the documentary. I will post my thoughts after I watch it later today. In the meantime I'm changing my mind on this smoking thing. Starting at age 55 is not a good idea.
    GO ARGOS!!!
