Scianetti is reporting that MBT will make his decision soon. Dinwiddie said there is a deadline. Also team is talking to Muamba but he’s considering whether to continue playing or to move onto the next phase of his career.

The interior of the line ain’t too shabby either. I don’t think Shawn Oakman gets enough love. He is a physical force, and game in and game out maybe the most consistent performer on D last year, when you take injuries into consideration.
I thought Acheampong made some big strides last year and if he keeps improving look out. Marion surprised everyone last year with his contributions, and Hendrix made some big plays too. I thought they were looking to play Knight on the inside?

3Down Nation is reporting that Cody Fajardo's two finalists were the Argos and Als, and he eventually went on to sign with the Als (perhaps with a clear path to the starting job). Apparently part of Fajardo's decision making was that MBT had left the Argos "hanging" with his decision to play or retire.
If MBT, leaves the Argos in the dust by moving onto to the next stage; the team would be forced to trade with the Ticats for Evans - or wait for him to be cut.
Who you rather have had this season in tandem with Kelly - Fajardo or Evans?
Could Fajardo have been an upgrade over MBT ? - (possibly, but with a larger price tag)
IF the Argos were making serious overtures to Fajardo, doesn't that indicate they have moved on from MBT? What, they'd sign Fajardo, and then MBT decides to return and they'd say sorry Cody? or eat 2 high priced QB salaries ?
We don't actually know how serious any Argo overture to Fajardo was. But regardless, I'm pretty sure Argo mgmt has been operating on the assumption that MBT will not be back. They left the door open to him returning but never expected he would (or will).

The Argos signed a receiver named B.J Byrd the other day. I have learned that he is, indeed, not the former Blue Jays mascot.
