    Season Tickets are in the App

    Is anyone having difficulty saving the Oct. 6 game against Edmonton to their wallets on their phone? Every other home game downloaded fine except or that one.

    Never look at the app, so just saw this and realized the tickets are there.
    On another note: both the CFL web site schedule and the Argo site have the first pre=season game being playing on Wednesday, June 1st....however, June 1st is a Thursday !!! How can a professional league make such a mistake ?? I am assuming the game is on the Thursday. I haven't seen anything, so is it safe to assume that the pre-season game is actually at BMO field ??? If so, then why is there no ticket in the app for that game ?? Is it not part of the season ticket package?

    1) June 1, 2023 is indeed a Thursday evening. They have the correct date for the Stampeders at Lions pre-season game.

    2) The Argos announced on April 19 that the pre-season game would take place in Guelph. It is not at BMO Field.

    3) Tickets for the pre-season game is not part of the package, and can be purchased here.

    The app is ridiculous this year. In order to log on I have to wait for the thing to load, close it after two minutes of it being stuck on never ending loading loop, and open it again.

    I purchased several tickets at once for the home opener the other day, loaded instantly. I bought one additional ticket earlier today and I still can't see it on the app.

    Every year I bring as many people to the home opener as I possibly can and I buy all the tickets to make it as easy as possible for my crew.

    I need the app to work properly. Period. This is incredibly frustrating.

    I've encountered similar issues -- I've downloaded all the tickets to my digital wallet so hopefully won't need to access the ticket part of the app anymore.

    Never had problems with the app, but I rarely use it. I log into my account via Argonauts.ca/Ticketmaster and transfer to Apple Wallet. Not that complicated. I chuckle when I think back when the Argos went paperless and people on here thought it was the end of the world. Now everyone is digital.

    I think we are complaining more about how the same digital products we have used for years now are not working as well, rather than a digital vs paper issue.

    It definitely wasn't the end of the world, but I miss paper tickets, and continue to treasure the hundreds I have accumulated over the years. I also miss game programs and pocket schedules and media guides. All are going to become increasingly collectible as paper continues to gradually disappear from society.

    The tickets I have sent to people seem to have no barcode. My two tickets have a barcode. This is concerning and I have to try and get a hold of my rep.

    If you sent tickets to people, tell them to check for a barcode.

    Edit: I think I figured it out. Disregard.

    They must use IPhone. It’s a different scan than the barcode you see in android

    None of them use an IPhone. Rep got back to me and said they should have barcodes. I hope this will get fixed in time.
