One team garnered 14 out of the 27 position spots? Absolutely incredible. It would not surprise me from this group if as many as 7 become league all-stars as well. (Kelly, Daniels, Hunter, Allen, McManis, Pickett, Leake).
    GO ARGOS!!!

Not to complain about 14, but Hendrix is a really glaring omission IMO, and Haggerty is a better punter than Leone.

The Argos use way more D-line rotation than any other CFL team, so Hendrix does not get as much playing time as Sayles (very deserving IMO) or Johnson from the Als.

The ultra mediocre Woody Baron making West all-star DT is the biggest joke I see on the lists; Ceresna from the EE, for one, is about 10x better.

Amazingly, the all-star selectors got it almost all right except for the glaring omission of Jake Ceresna and possibly Dewayne Hendrix, who had an excellent season. Unfortunately for John Haggerty, he missed too many games but I think that it is clear that when healthy, he is the league's best punter. His punt placement has improved since last season without affecting his average.

If Hunter and Allen both are not elected as league all-stars then some voters ought to lose their voting privileges. They were the two best and most consistent linemen in the league this season.

Interesting that not one single Elk made the West All-Stars.

    Even Ottawa warranted 4 all-stars.
