The UFL kicked off its inaugural season over the Easter Weekend with 4 games.

I rely on you for full details of these games. That is a rather vague post. Disappointing to say the least.

Fair enough. Its hard to watch the games on Youtube with this huge box in the middle of the screen blocking the game. Defences dominated all games. Attendance wasn’t great. I think Houston fans are really turned off because they were basically given the woeful Pittsburgh USFL team from last season. De La Haye averaged 74.2 yards per KO but didn’t attempt any FGs.

I wonder if their social media accounts are flooded with "Where's Dee?" messages

Apparently, TV ratings were much lower than Week 1 TV ratings from previous spring football seasons. Regarding attendance, two games drew fewer than 10k.

Fans continue not to smell what The Rock is cooking.

He never ever has had a negative comment on the spring leagues. Keeps him employed, I guess.

On Twitter, another person pointed out that the Week 1 ratings were significantly lower than Week 1 for the AAF, XFL2020, USFL, and XFL2022. Also, keep in mind that Week 1 ratings tend to be the high-water mark and it declines from there.

As AV points out, Mitchell is all sunshine and roses about any spring league because it provides him with work.
