Suits and Chris were suggesting the strategy of Kavis with the short week is to have Cory in the lineup on Friday.

I see him getting the shaft.
Could be the odd man out, since there are now 3 running backs.
Joe mack in winnipeg is in trouble perhaps a trade for elliot since buck is slated back this week.Boyd in winnipeg ,i would feel sorry for him but i think this would work
Winnipeg is nuts if they trade Elliott to keep Buck. I loved watching Buck while he was with BC and admire his determination but he is now so injury-prone that the principal question about him is how long until he is seriously injured again. His parents wanted him to retire when he was with BC because of all the concussions he already had and the risk of severe brain damage he was already at risk of. Elliott shows some promise but he makes lots of rookie mistakes. He may or may not develop but with a 2-7 record this is the perfect time for Winnipeg to give him experience and find out whether he could be their long-term solution since their playoff hopes are dismal (although certainly not zero). Buck's career is unlikely to last much longer.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
I get the impression they're going with Buck when he's healthy.
THey'll go with Buck until he kisses the carpet and gets dragged off again. Buck is one hit away from being a coach.
Having followed Buck since his inception, living in BC and following the Lions...my wife and I couldn't help but give Buck the Nickname...WTF BUCK. THE MOST over rated QB I've ever seen. If he ever ends up coaching, I hope its south of the border.
If plan 'A' was any good, we wouldn't need a plan 'B'

CFL has just tweeted that Cory Boyd has been released from the eskies
This may be the last we heard of him, that is too bad.
You just knew that this news would be coming any day now. One people will talking about the one hit wonder named Cory Boyd. Sad all in all.
Dorsey left the Argos on his own volition following the '09 season and signed with Saskatchewan as a free agent. Barker was willing to re-sign him and I seem to recall that the money was comparable between the two teams but Dorsey opted for Regina. Unfortunately, that decision ultimately ended his career.

I think if Boyd is still into it, he might resurface at a training camp next year, and I believe has the talent to make a roster if a team has a hole to fill at RB. But that's only if there is a hole to fill, and CB hasn't decided he's had enough.
