Welcome back....
DB LeQuan Lewis was released from the PR today.
I take it Davis will be better than Tripp that we let go prior to the season start... Tripp was signed by the tabbies.

So any bets on the next #Argos receiver to come out of retirement? Paul Masotti, Tony Miles, Pinball, Mookie or Terry Greer?

LB Nick Rosamonda was signed to the PR on Thursday and has been activated for the game tomorrow. He spent part of last year with Hamilton.
A report in the Winnipeg Sun Newspaper reports Chad(wick) Rempel has been released by the Chicago Franchise of the NFL. Mike O'Shea has reported an interest in the National player. Would he help the Argos? I can't complain about what young Jake Reinhardt has done this season.
Reinhart has been just fine, and is at least five years younger (and accordingly cheaper) than Rempel. I see no need to bring Chad back to fill a position that doesn't need filling.
I agree with Paul and AV. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Reinhart has done an excellent job, is younger, and likely makes less than Rempel. Rempel gave up his job in Toronto to seek employment in Chicago and his Toronto job is no longer available. Winnipeg makes a lot more sense for him given his relationship with O'Shea and because I am sure that the Bombers would like to free up Ian Wild from the long-snapping duties.

I hope this (the Anderson rumour) is going to happen. One thing you can say about the Argos in recent years is that they have not had a lot of jerks on the team, and as a result, they had good team chemistry. Anderson is a big time jerk and the sooner he is out, the better.
As for Johnson, I was very disappointed in what seemed like an unwillingness to get involved in physical contact. Steele is much more slender, yet he gives a tonne of effort and doesn't slow down when he sees a hit coming.

I wonder if the Argos have any desire to go after Alex Hall, as he was released by the Carolina Panthers. He had a great deal of success playing under Tim Burke in Winnipeg.

Sinkfield was also released in addition to Johnson and (yes) Anderson. Somehow Darvin Adams remains on the team.

So, how do you release a receiver (Sinkfield) when that group is decimated by injuries? Who replaces him? Do you recall him when another receiver goes down due to injury? It just seems inevitable this year...
