Interestingly I had a phone call from my ticket rep today (someone new) as a push to sell playoff tickets. I inquired about the 2017 season ticket holder gift. He told me that it is in the works (he did hint at what it *might* be, but even that aspect is still to be confirmed) and that if it is not available at the playoff game (or you don't attend the playoff game) then it will be mailed out to us. At least the intention is there to honour the promise. I was told that the delay was due to preparing for the playoff game...

I should hope so considering that the gift was part of the 2017 benefit package not an incentive to buy tickets next year!

Odd indeed. And this in the face of when they are trying to get us to renew for 2018. Broken promises speak volumes. Combine this with the lack of anything special for fan appreciation day....why have the day if you aren't going to do anything? I went to Williams Landing after the game on Saturday. I was there for a few hours and was quite surprised at the lack of players/coaches/cheerleaders/staff, especially coming off such a huge win!! Again, so many missed opportunities.

Sorry to hear about your lousy experience at William's Landing, but that may not have been the best game to go. I wonder whether with the bye week, a lot of players would have been making arrangements to get out of town asap to visit family etc. I sure hope we win our home playoff game, because I would like to see what it is like after that.

All season ticket holders will receive a small gift from us as a thank you for your support. This will be given to all 2017 season ticket holders and each person would receive one gift per seat in their account. Our plan is to have these distributed at the playoff game on the concourse. You will receive communication on how to obtain it but in all likelihood you will receive a voucher that we will scan so that we are not flipping through sheets of paper. Our goal is to make it as efficient as possible.

On the post about Williams Landing, we did have another post game event which did have some players at. For the playoff game we will be looking to host a pre-game party at Williams as well we will have the post game event which pending a win would be attending by most. That said players/coaches are not obligated to attend but we certainly encourage it as it is a great benefit to the fans.

Thanks for the update. With the early 1PM Kickoff are there plans for a Tailgate? I believe that 11AM is the earliest that you're allowed to serve alcohol in Ontario.

We will be hosting the normal tailgate on November 19th but will confirm when we would open might open the lot sooner but alcohol won't be sold until 11am. If we host on the 12th we will not be hosting tailgate due to the Winter Fair. We will however be hosting a party at Williams Landing (drink specials etc).

Compared to the one in the Argos store last year, which I have, it was roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the size of the Argos store one.
