    The way I look at it is: Force Awakens gave us fans the nostalgia we were looking for in the Star Wars story, now they can hopefully take it forward with some new ideas. In saying that I have no issue with Star Wars being about the Skywalkers, as that was Lucas' intent, well actually Star Wars was supposed to be Luke's story, but that obviously evolved. With "Legends" no longer being canon, they can do a lot of different things in the future............... or is it the past ? Never understood the "a long, long time ago" at the intro of the films lol.
