Neely you have selected data from one of the worst regular seasons in Argonaut history in an attempt to prove your point.
The Argos were pretty much toast in September after being swept by Hamilton so no wonder attendance declined.
I’ve never considered the CFL a summer league, football in general is a fall sport.
I prefer outdoor fall football as the cooler weather suits me better but I show up either way.

That's not Argonauts attendance, it's CFL attendance. Unfortunately the Argonauts didn't come close to drawing 26k for any game.

Actually it takes no time to check and the graphs are based on 2 week increments and not the 5 week shown above. The increases and decreases are flattened out to form a better picture. Ie: 2017 did not show the same trend shown above.

My main point here is that I enjoy fall football games more than I do summer games, much prefer cool to cold weather than 35 Celsius steambath games that tend to be the norm in July and August but I still enjoy the games.
I believe Paul Woods is correct in his assertion that a major shift in the schedule timeline would hurt attendance much more than it would help, I also concur that this whole debate is largely pointless.
