    Been waiting for this most of my life, but unfortunately I don't have one of the systems its offered on. I can't believe the CFL wouldn't get behind this, especially since I believe they should've pushed for a creation of a CFL game a couple of decades ago.

    It sounds like they're concerned that the company is small and poorly-resourced and that the finished product would be amateurish. It might not be realistic for the league to insist on the involvement of a major studio, but a terrible game with the blessing/branding of the CFL might be worse than no game at all.
