Easy win. They should have mailed us the two points.
I you follow some of the twitter battles, truth has been shown that the missed offside was indeed onside, so that was right too! I'm really sick of every close call or every perceived missed call being the cause of complain or blame for Hamilton's loss. They had every opportunity to put the Argos away, but were unable too. Ti-Cats beat writer Drew Edwards even cited the CFL rule book, which he totally misinterpreted, trying to justify the Cats take on the Cross play. They are really grasping at straws here to cope.
He misinterprets the rule to make it sound that's what it means. Possession goes to whoever touched it last, clear as day. The rule also states the player can be in the air and touch the ball as long as he lands in bounds. Problem is, it says "off the ground" and he mistakingly believes Cross is "on the ground". Kind of funny. It also shows how much a homer some writers can be once they get caught up in fan driven propaganda.
All turn overs are reviewed by the command centre. I know we can all make jokes about that but clearly the right call was made along with the off side. I have not had a chance to watch the game at home but the SJ Green pass interference call was not shown on the video board at the donut box but I would assume it would be accurate although my guess is something most of us don't like but that is a rule change. Great game and another example of why this league is so great.
CFL alive and well all others can go to Hell!
CFL tells Ticats pass interference call was incorrect

Edwards may have been onto something. I also think the Cross fumble should've been Ticats football, but we've already gone through all that.
I agree that the TiCats had every opportunity to put the Argos away, but blew it. Masoli completes that one pass to Tasker where he was wide open and it's game over. But that's football. They lost their Mojo just as we were finding ours. The PI call against Washington was atrocious, but thankfully it had no impact on the final result. Great win, but we have to play better to beat the Roughriders.
Total incompetence, no excuses.
Glen Johnson should be fired as the head of officials, way not just many mistakes, but glaring mistakes.
As an Argo fan, there is no question how the Cats got ripped off on several calls and each on its own likely changes the outcome.
