I doubt any team will trade for Collaros at this time and take on the big contract.
They'll all wait until February when he's due a large payment. If the Cat's have committed to Massoli or Manzeil, then wait them out to release him or take next to nothing on a trade.

Honestly, Bridge is a free agent after this year. And Popp was the first to sign him in the CFL.
After watching him last Saturday I think he has all the tools to play.
Big, mobil, Canadian, from TO, well spoken.....marketing dream for the Argos.
With Trestman and hopefully Ray to mentor some more, I think the sky's the limit.

Haha no....but Popp also released Mitchell White after training camp last year but was able to bring him to Toronto this year. Your scenario regarding Bridge is not beyond reach.

How is he a marketing dream for Toronto? Unless it's hockey Toronto seems to have very little interest in anything Canadian.

A lot easier to market someone like Collaros over someone like Ray. Although Manziel would be the ideal "marketing dream" in Toronto, not that I think it would make a huge difference.

He was referring to Bridge not Collaros.

I'm aware, hence why I used Collaros, Ray and Manziel, because they're American. Nobody would give a rats behind about Bridge being Canadian, now if Auston Matthews were Canadian: look out.
