What exactly was wrong with Downsview? When they moved there from the portables of Erindale, it seemed all roses. They were supposed to have access to all TFC's amenities like their weightroom. There are fields there, even a bubble in winter. Now being fully owned by MLSE, it should be even easier to accommodate them.

weight room isn't up to CFL standards, space is small, not built for big team, hard to clean.

Probably still use the non-MLSE indoor turf facilities there in october/november.

It should be noted that MLSE has multiple grass fields outside hamilton that are backup sod for BMO's. One of those can replace don bosco after some landscape/drainage work, its the same grass mix as BMO.
Long term probably field turf is likely so MLSE can sell it to community groups in offseason.
