I found this (http://www.mercurynews.com/news/ci_21442609/former-usc-football-player-sues-over-injected-drug) interesting. I hadn't realized that there might be a specific source of AA's medical issue that ruined his senior year or that we were paying him so little. Good luck to him.

Financial details aren't released so I have no idea how the paper got his salary unless he told them but it doesn't surprise he makes the league minimum.

Also I was aware he had "medical problems" which hurt his draft stock but details were never published at least that I couldn't find . Looks like NFL teams didn't want a draft a 21 year old who suffered a heart attack.

If true I hope he gets a HUGE payout and then stays and develops with us.

I imagine that he is suing, in part, for lost income and saying that he could be earning the NFL minimum or even an NFL PR salary which would be significantly greater than the CFL minimum that he is currently earning. With that in mind, he would have to divulge his CFL salary for the purposes of this lawsuit.

Kind of a steal to pay a starting DL $46K
