The Texans easily handled the Bengals yesterday winning 31-10. The Texans rely on their running game and their QB Yates didn't make any mistakes. Congratulations to the people of Houston, they've been waiting patiently for many years for a playoff victory.

The Saints beat the Lions 45-28. The Lions were no match for Drew Brees and Matthew Stafford made enough mistakes to make the difference. That WR for the Lions though Calvin Johnson is really quite a talent. I don't think I've seen anyone that good since Randy Moss in his prime for Minnesota. The Lions do have a bright future.

The Steelers play the Broncos today and all I ask for is that there is no miracle for Tim Tebow. I'm sick of "Tebow this" and "Tebow that," he can't throw the ball, which actually seems to be a necessary pre-requisite for NFL QB's now.

The Giants play the Falcons and I don't have much thought about this game. The Giants have come on late in the season and Eli Manning is probably playing the best football of his career.

I will pray for a repeat of the 2007 NFC Final when the Giants beat the Packers. I absolutely cannot stand Aaron Rodgers and that football team.

I also am hoping that Tim Tebow won't have a prayer later.

2008 actually and I will pray as well because it seems to be working for Tebow today.

It looks like the tutoring of Marc Trestman and the coaching of former Calgary QB Mike McCoy (Denver's offensive coordinator) is paying off for Tebow today.

I get hating the Packers, but what did Aaron Rodgers do wrong (besides being good)? He's pretty far from being a jerk.

God is a Tom Brady fan!

can't help but thinking that the Almighty puts all of his requests for football teams in the shredder.

(except ones for His Own Team, your Toronto Argonaut Football Club...)

If he only answers prayers for the Toronto Argonauts then he sure hasn't been listening the last little while.

Wasn't Tebow vs. Roethlisberger like good against evil?

I hated to see the Steelers lose, especially when coming back in the fourth to tie it up....

The Steelers were the best D in the NFL, and I always cheer for the D.

But dang, giving up a TD on the first play of OT, which ended the game?

They're gonna be mighty ticked off next year....

Pissed off enough to go 16-0. Or is it 18 now?

Nevertheless, what a great game.
