College Stats above. Appears to never really got a shot in the NFL.

Always exciting to hear about new signings. Hopefully these guys both do well as we need receivers.

Julian Feoli Gudino was excellent in the Vanier Cup. Best football game i've seen since Sept 10, 2005.

As a CIS follower, I am looking forward to seeing Feoli-Gudino in the Double Blue. With Lavals training he should be able to hit the active roster sooner than later.

When I first read the Argos article I thought he had 1,000 yards in his Sr. season but looking at ESPN he had 1000 yards in 4 years! Oh well stats don't mean everything.

Oh well stats don't mean everything.Over 1,500 yards, and most of that was in his last two years. It should be noted that Strickland's school uses a very run-heavy triple-option offense. They only averaged about 120 passing yards per game his senior season, and he accounted for almost half of that. He also rushed for over 200 yards that year and returned a few punts.

I suppose the question is how much of his production was due to surprising defenses keying on the run and how much was his own talent. We'll find out in camp.

Anybody give a scouting report on the guy from Laval? How would he compare to Watt, Foster, Gore, Watson, etc?

On another note, is OVA all right? You would have thought he'd be all over this.

I asked about him earlier and the mod said he was not yet signed up for this forum. I appealed to CC Ryder on Riderfans.com (who HAS to be OV) to come on board but I don't know if he saw my post.

Best football game i've seen since Sept 10, 2005.

Pls put us out of our suspense!

I do believe this is what Bluto was talking about:

http://www.cfl.ca/statistics/statsGame/id/60Also known as Heaven, or the type game where it all comes together and you can turn around and yell at Ticat fans "Who sucks now?"

So which win was the best: Argos 43, Hamilton 2 at Ivor Wynne in 1977, Argos 50, Hamilton 16 at Ivor Wynne in 1983 or Argos 48, Hamilton 0 at SkyDome in 2005?

I saw that Prefontaine also missed two field goals in that game. It would've been 54-0 in lieu of 48-0.

I think 2005 was the best because it was coming off the heels of the Ticats getting an upset victory on Labour Day.

every time i see that stat line i have to go have a cigarette... (i'm a non smoker)

@Ravi, the 2005 result will always stand out to me because of the abuse we took the week before on Labour Day when the refs handed the TiCats the win so the payback was sweeeet... and shutouts are so rare...

It signified a shift in the rivalry that lasted right up to the late 90's.

Just wish there was a video/DVD copy of that game floating around somewhere.

Paul Woods doesn't have a copy unfortunately, and that other guy who is posting CFL videos on youtube hasn't posted this one yet (if he has it).

The Argos are 48-41-1 against the Ti-Cats since 1983.
