Bubble? Depends on who you ask. I think there is. However, we have the potential to come out of it slowly, Market correction I think they call it.

You seem some news reports about people over bidding for houses here, and then others how housing and condo sales are down sharply.

well..i moved from the greater toronto area, to the greater vancouver area this past june....

was worried about how things would play out in the We(s)T coast...(more WET than west)...

bought a big winnabago,wanted to check out many different places...

and honestly wouldnt purchase any of the overpriced junky homes ive seen for sale in the greater vancouver area...bad quality.

lots of beautiful lots, and land..but really crappy looking homes, poorly maintained, and dirty looking...with a few exceptions....
