So they sign the guy to an extension, He reportable already had 2 years left on his contract. (Originally signed a 3 year deal)

At first I thought the Argos were finally going to come clean on the Ricky Ray trade that was exposed by super writer Jeff Blair....if Milanovich is extended, that doesn't get done by a lame duck GM....this tells me Barker will be sticking around as well.

i agree Gabe, first it was a 3-year deal if memory serves. Could this not have been done after the playoffs? I mean really, I'd rather we focus on winning the game then drafting up press releases. All the messages for the press should be tickets tickets tickets.

this could have waited IMO. If 13K in tics is true, we have other more pressing matters to deal with. As much as this is good news. Jim Barker is a better sound bite, get him on the radio like last year and shilling tickets. He can hand out new contracts later. He always made for a good 2 minute radio interivew. Or get him on a youtube vid or something.

Some of you think that TDSB thing was a good deal. Are we back on the horn with the board to offer a school deal? Pay full price for one parent bring the other for $10 or something?

Any conventions in town that weekend, let's get a ticket booth in there at the convention centre. Most of those people stay downtown, easy walk to game for something to do in a strange city.

Let's sell some tics at the base of the CN Tower. Lets hit up some Bay St. food courts tomorrow at lunch with cheerleades and sales reps.
