This is from an early 1987 game against Ottawa that the Argos lost 34-27. The Argos actually had a bit of instability at QB and in the secondary starting off that season and were 0-2-1 before winning on a last-second TD pass to Tony Johns from Gilbert Renfroe against the Ticats. The Argos then beat Calgary back-to-back and then beat Edmonton and were on their way to a Grey Cup berth.
