Indeed. Montreal may have set a precedent in the cfl. 1-5 is not acceptable anymore.

Mack is toast (http://www.tsn.ca/cfl/story/?id=429451)

No doubt there is much rejoicing in the land of mosquitoes and black flies.

Barf Butchko, as a certain poster likes to call him, is also toast

A spectacularly high fall from the perch Bummer fans placed Mack on. Wasnt that long ago he was seen as as god-send after the Kelly fiasco.

Can't believe it tool so long for the Bombers to boot Mack out of there, Winnipeg appears to be in better shape than Montreal!

Marcel Bellefeuille has joined the Blue Bombers offensive staff. Perhaps a chance for him to show his worth to Ottawa. I guess his NFL aspirations never materialized.

I see that Max Hall, as per cfl.ca, will be the starting QB against Hamilton this Friday night.

IIRC, Bellefeuille worked for Bart Andrus in the UFL most recently. Yes, NFL aspirations did not pan out for Bellefeuille while Andrus is back helping his old friend, Jeff Fisher, with the St. Louis Rams.

Shame what's happening in the Peg. I liked the direction they were headed.

Sandro DeAngelsis has been working out in WPG today. I'm surprised we have not invited a kicker yet to one of our practices.

Looks like Marcel will be Bombers HC next season.

How can the HC, Tim Burke state he does not know who made the qb switch? That his expertise is Defense? However, this league has a history of great games by a qb making his first start...Hamilton could be a victim on Friday night.

Here is a paragraph from Milt Stegals blog, just after the recently departed Joe Mack hired Gary Crowton as the teams OC in 2012...

Of course, coaches with resumes like this don't just up and come to Canada on a whim for beer or weed or something. His Maryland offense was mediocre this season. His best seasons offensively at many of his stops were his first; with declining years thereafter. But these are just nitpicks for the people whom must ArgodomeArgodomeArgodomeArgodomeArgodome about everything this football team does. Joe Mack did not go back to the well and hire some recycled dumbass like Marcel Bellefeuille, instead went out and acquired a guy with a truly phenomenal track record...
