Goveia certainly knows Canadian talent and is one of those unsung guys they will miss, he is particularly adept at evaluating and recruiting talent, good pickup for the Bombers.

Walters and Goveia together will be the core of a much strengthened NI scouting dept for the WBB.

They've been last in NI talent the last few seasons... not for much longer they won't be.
