The Winnipeg Blue bombers have lost free agent receiver Greg Carr to the Edmonton Eskimos. Carr's agent reached verbal agreement on a contract with the Bombers on Wednesday, but Edmonton GM Eric Tillman then topped Wpg's offer, and Carr's agent said he was taking his client to the Eskimos.
