Celebrating one year since we moved back to Ontario today.

One year ago we took possession of our home under very nice summer temps. What The Hell happened with the weather since then? The worst winter in 25 or more years, mosquitoes and black flies from hell and now the spring and summer from hell. The high was only 14 yesterday and feels the same today. Climate change doesn't mean global warming that's for sure.

I brought the good weather with me to BC...haha...we have had a summer in the high 80's, and even hit 92 last week....

That said, "when the switch flips", as you say....it will be glum grey drizzle right through to next spring...

Still adjusting to this backwards province, just brought my 21yr old son out here, he seems to like it, but that's probabaly because he got a gig as a longshoreman.

He'll be making the big bucks and he'll enjoy the party place that is BC.

I don't miss much about BC. I do miss things like some of the local bands I got to see in Victoria and Victoria in general. Cool little city for sure.

I don't miss BCers as a whole. We'll be in Van for Grey Cup and then five nights in Victoria after.
