I know we're not Tiger-Cat fans on this site, and that we often mock the oskee-wee-wee but it doesn't mean it's not an important part of CFL culture. RIP.

I liked that Pigskin Pete....he came across as a gentleman....sad to hear that.

Sad news. We all laughed at this cheer but secretly enjoyed the schtick and wondered why we couldn't get corny stuff like that going ourselves. Thank you Paul Weiler for making the CFL a little more fun.

Sad news in the Hammer, have seen many Ticat games and truly admire the sense of community and pride the people of Hamilton show in their team and city to which this gentleman represented so well for many years!!

I had the pleasure of meeting him after Hamilton beat Saskatchewan in OT for their only win of the 2003 season. He seemed like a really nice guy. Sorry to hear of his passing. CHCH did a nice feature about him and his family tonight.
