Good news for collectors and for the League's profile, UD is the top card maker, and these promise to be real sweet.

Looks great. Too bad cards are not "in" right now. I also do not agree that this is the CFL's first official set. There have been quite a few different companies with sets in the past, particularly Jogo, who have been producing yearly sets since the 70s.

The pink, brittle, stale stuff that loses it's flavour in 73 seconds.

Yes but a glorious 73 seconds.

That sounds really cool. I haven't bought cards in a long time but I think I'm going to go out and grab some of these.

I saw these cards for sale at the Jays Shop before the Argo game on Friday. They had 2 boxes and each box contains 8 packs and each pack contains 6 cards. They were charging $39.99 for each box but they're $19.99 + shipping at www.cflpa.com (http://www.cflpa.com)

I'd rather get them through the CFL than Rogers, even if the prices were reversed.

I'm a little skeptical of the game-worn jersey cards. There is actually zero evidence they are in fact genuine.

If I find one in a pack great, but I'm not going to specifically purchase them at "book value" on ebay. I might try to build a set with these but won't go nuts if I don't.

I got the base set (cards 1-150) done. Not going to go nuts trying to get the all the jersey/rookie inserts, though I would like to get the Argos of those inserts.
