Rather fitting for this season: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/football/lacklustre-cfl-season-makes-grey-cup-tickets-a-tough-sell/article21550310/

The league should never have gone back to Vancouver this quickly. Three years between Grey Cups is not a sufficient gap.

... or Ottawa.

Actually Winnipeg was going to get this Grey Cup, but with the stadium delay they bumped another year so they could work out the kinks.
Surprisingly(wink wink!) Braley stepped up and bought it for Vancouver. I believe the league gave in to this as a way to offset his losses in Toronto.
But it was a shortsighted decision as hosting a 2nd Grey Cup in 4 years is a big mistake!

I don't see either the Lions or the Riders getting to the Grey Cup this year so it will likely be up to Calgary or Edmonton fans to snap up the bulk of the remaining tickets but there are a lot to be had yet.

Or maybe look at their price point, almost $300 per seat (upper level) is a joke!

That is another problem and has something to do with who owns that franchise.

A little off topic, at our final game against Ottawa my ticket rep told me they are waiting for the ticket prices before they start renewals, I really hope they realize that a price increase is not a good idea. Renewals are late this year.

More on topic, in case anyone is interested:

So....im having lunch at a nearby pub, with a buddy i play oldtimers hockey with.

The place is pretty much empty, except for Me (wearing an Argo's hat), my buddy (wearing a stamps hat), and an older fellow playing keno (wearing a Riders jacket).

As the three of us are chatting about the upcoming semi-finals, 2 guys sit at the table beside us (wearing canucks garb)...

The one guy leans over and said , he thought the Lions didnt make the playoffs...sadly not alot of buzz about the Grey Cup here in the Frasier Valley.BC

Hope we can keep things together..... really looking forward to the Grey cup parties in Ottawa and Hamilton when ever that happens.... Looking forward to going to a double blue bash with real foot ball fans ( ARGO fans ) at the next eastern Grey cup ... The grey cups I have been to in Toronto were awesome.... even if its not a sell out.... the greycup in Vancouver will be a great party .... Go ARGOS 2015 !!!

I'm excited about the party in Vancouver. Not sure I'll waste any money on a game ticket unless Calgary is in and my wife will really want to go. Prices are nuts so hell we may both just stay away from the stadium.
