The land Rogers Centre sits on is far to valuable, it would be torn down long before it got to the current state the Silverdoom is in.

I went to the World Cup here during 1994. It was one of the first indoor installations of natural turf especially for the event. So surreal to see it look like something from an apocalyptic movie today.
