Obviously this isn't a new stadium, but major upgrades are going to happen at Mosaic, not a bad plan and it was obviously needed for the Grey Cup in 2013. Plans for new stadium are still on going.

Oh it's all just roses and candyfloss out in Regina now isn't it. Those temp seat SUCK!!! I've sat in Temp seats three or four times at Grey Cup and they aren't great. Better not get windy. I forgot 2013 was in Regina. Bitch to get hotel rooms.

That's one of the nice things about this year being in Toronto. Actually, the past few years have all been in major cities - - last host with hotel availability issues was Winnipeg.
